This project involved the renovation of Saratoga Elementary School for the new STEM Academy for middle schoolers.

The STEM Vision: “STEM is the heart of our students – centered instructional design, burning 21st century skills and knowledge to life through application of a STEM focused and standard-led curriculum”. This hands-on teaching method required an open concept learning environment necessitating extensive demolition and remodeling.

The upgrades included new science labs, GTT lab (Gateway to Technology), locker rooms and administration areas. The project incorporated energy efficient lighting and environmentally friendly flooring.
