This project includes the renovation of an existing 3,900 square foot garage/car sales office to a modern preparatory funeral facility. The renovation includes new interior masonry walls and ramps, paint, carpentry, drywall, acoustical ceiling. The building also requires new electrical, HVAC and plumbing throughout, as well as the installation of new, specialized equipment. New siding and roof are being installed as well.
