A 10,000 sq ft failing skylight system was removed and replaced while maintaining owner occupancy. Prior to construction, the existing skylights leaked, requiring the placement of buckets throughout the walkways to collect water. In addition, many of the structural wood beams needed replacement. In order to access the beams, scaffolding was installed over the existing pool area. This allowed us to safely replace the beams, install the new roof curbs, white membrane roof and skylights. Once finished, the owner realized considerable energy and cost savings.
