Project Superintendent

Doug Strohbusch

On the jobsite, Doug is successful at problem solving and running an efficient program to achieve client objectives. He manages daily on-site operations and oversees subcontractor work, monitoring all construction-related tasks so they are accomplished safely, within the approved schedule and in a high-quality manner that is representative of Moore Construction Services. Doug is a proactive leader and a resource and advocate for every team.

On working with you – I focus on the customer relationship. I want our customer to have complete confidence in my ability to provide a quality product and maintain an on time schedule. This can only be achieved by informational communication with our customers regularly.
On your favorite project – Hartford City Hall and Police Department. This project was extremely challenging coordinating construction while all city departments remained open.
On your own time – I enjoy the outdoors.
On working in Construction – I knew early on that construction was my passion. I enjoy the satisfaction it brings when I see the construction accomplishments I’ve been involved in.
