MENOMONEE FALLS MIXED USE – MENOMONEE FALLS, WI

Our team is partnering with Weas Development to create a Mixed-Use Site that will be split between two parcels on the SE Corner of Appleton Ave & Good Hope Rd – the former Trysting Place site, and the vacant lot to the east. The eastern parcel of the site will consist of 3 Apartment Buildings, totaling 173 Units. The western parcel located on the hard corner of the site will include 15,500 SF of Retail, divided into two buildings (A & B).“Building A” is a 7,025 SF Building, and “Building B” is 8,600 SF – both will also have access to common area space between the two buildings for outdoor seating and entertainment.
