Village of Germantown DPW
Introducing the newly completed Germantown Department of Public Works! This impressive facility spans 141,000 sq. ft. across three buildings on a 37-acre site, streamlining the Village’s operations while modernizing workspaces for equipment, vehicles, and staff. It features dedicated workshops, drive-through truck wash bays, a state-of-the-art maintenance shop, a new Yard Waste Facility, extra salt storage, and advanced brine-making capabilities. We’re proud to serve as the Construction Manager, working alongside GRAEF on this impactful project for the Village!
Laser Center
Big things are coming to the Village of Menomonee Falls! The Laser Center’s first location in Wisconsin is almost ready, with finishing touches underway before it becomes a hub for advanced metal-cutting operations. We’re thrilled to see this space come to life as they gear up for production!
Norden Range Apartments

CMH Sullivan Campus Groundbreaking
A memorable groundbreaking at Catholic Memorial High School’s future Sullivan Campus! Our work will include the re-development of the 36-acre site, featuring a baseball diamond, softball diamond, and soccer field. This project will enhance the school’s athletic offerings and provide a premier facility for students, just a few miles from the main campus. It’s a milestone that marks the start of transforming the athletic facilities and creating new opportunities for the campus community.

WCREW Hardhat Tour
Our team recently hosted a fun hardhat tour with WCREW at the Tennessen Flats and Fussville Market in Menomonee Falls. Attendees got an exclusive look at one of the four-story apartment buildings under construction, followed by beer and snacks at the newly opened Third Space Innovation Brewhouse next door. This project, blending residential and commercial spaces, is creating a lively community hub. We’re thrilled to partner with JLA Architects, Weas Development, and Klein Development on this transformative venture!
Children’s Wisconsin
Thrilled to complete our first project for Children’s Wisconsin – New Berlin Clinic – a new PTOT space to support the incredible care they provide for kids. Proud to play a small role in their big mission!
Victory Christian Academy
Victory Christian Academy’s expansion, featuring a 330-seat Performing Arts Center, is now complete! This event space will be a vibrant hub for school events, chapel services, performances, and community gatherings. Additionally, it will house a food pantry, clothing services, family therapy, student counseling, and mental health support.
Village of Jackson Community Center
Our youngest “supervisors” are on the job, ensuring the Village of Jackson Community Center’s expansion gets built just right! Thanks for keeping an eye on things, kids!
Norden Range
Mandel Group Inc.’s Norden Range Apartments in Oconomowoc are well underway, with multiple buildings taking shape and the remaining ones preparing to go vertical. Check back this fall when the clubhouse is complete!
The Westerly
The Westerly Pewaukee is making great progress! It’s been a pleasure bringing this beautiful project to life for Matter Development and ICAP Development. The Westerly will feature 138 units, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments. Residents will also enjoy high-end amenities such as an indoor pool, salon, theatre room, rooftop patio, and a golf simulator!
The Emree Apartments
Progress is in full swing at The Emree Apartments! Footings and foundations are underway on this 2.3-acre site, and we’ll be going vertical on the first building next week!
Westmoor Country Club
Check out Westmoor Country Club new and improved look! Our team partnered with Kahler Slater to transform the entire clubhouse, creating a modern and inviting space for members and guests to enjoy. We are honored to have been part of this incredible transformation!
Village of Germantown DPW
We are in the home stretch at the Village Germantown’s Department of Public Works project! Almost complete and ahead of schedule, we’re eager for their team to move in next month! Stay tuned for final photos in August!

Proud to be part of this winning team! Nearly 5 years ago, we joined forces with Perspective Design, Inc., The City of New Berlin, and Burghardt Sporting Goods to breathe life into a vacant Walmart, creating a vibrant community destination for residents and visitors alike. It was an honor to celebrate this redevelopment at the 2024 Milwaukee Business Journal Real Estate Awards, winning “Best Public-Private Partnership!”

Norden Range Apartments
Norden range Apartments in Oconomowoc, now in full swing, marks another exciting collaboration with Mandel Group, Inc. This 29-acre site will consist of (6) 24-unit buildings, (6) 18-unit buildings, and (6) 3-unit buildings totaling 270 units, in addition to a clubhouse, pool, and 17 standalone garages and a facilities building.

We’re thrilled to share that Moore Construction Services has officially acquired the former Schwabenhof property, conveniently located just across the street from our corporate office (yes, we can even see it through Mike’s office window!). Although plans for redevelopment are still in the early stages, we’re gearing up to breathe new life into the property and introduce an array of exciting offerings to the community. City of New Berlin Activity & Recreation Center
We’re thrilled to announce the grand opening of the City of New Berlin’s Activity and Recreation Center (ARC)! Roughly four years ago, our team, alongside the city’s project team, walked though this former vacant Walmart, envisioning its transformation. This weekend, we celebrated its grand opening as a vibrant hub for the community.

Sunny and 50 degrees in February – no complaints here! The Westerly Senior Living in Pewaukee is cruising ahead, and this weather is only adding to the momentum!
Village of Germantown DPW
There’s lots of activity at the Village of Germantown DPW site! The salt shed, yard waste area, and fueling station are taking shape, and we’re currently under roof in the main building. From floor pours to CMU block walls and MEP’S installation, progress continues with over 45 workers on site daily. In just a few weeks, we’ve poured thousands of yards of concrete, averaging 15+ trucks a day.

Primrose School of Brookfield
Primrose School of Brookfield is ready for students! This state-of-the-art, 13,500 sq. ft. facility features 12 classrooms for infant – pre-k students, kitchen, conference rooms, secured entryway, and turf playground. It will also accommodate K-5th grade students for after- school care and summer camp.
Menomonee Falls Mixed-Use
Excitement is brewing in the Village of Menomonee Falls! Third Space Brewing will be moving into one of the commercial spaces on this mixed-use development on the corner of Appleton Ave and Good Hope Rd.

Had to photograph the last remaining unit at SoNa Lofts Apartments before all 110 of them were leased up! Because of the high demand to live here, timing was crucial for this project and our team was able to deliver it on time thanks to a great, cooperative partnership with Mandel Group, Inc.
Yerkes Observatory
Yerkes Observatory, once visited by Albert Einstein and home of the world’s largest refracting telescope, received a variety of building upgrades including a new roof, skylight, parking lot, and various interior renovations. We had the privilege of working with St. Joan Antida High School on their new Burke ROAR Center. We transformed the unused lower level into the ultimate collaboration hub for students, featuring a stage, ample seating, a conference room, new restrooms, and a coffee bar run by a group of business students in partnership with Stonecreek Coffee.
Juneau Village Towers
Steel is being erected for the new amenity building at the Juneau Village Towers in downtown Milwaukee! Existing residents will soon enjoy an adjacent building that will feature a yoga studio, exercise room, common space, coffee bar, private bar and changing rooms for the outdoor pool. Last week, a small group of interested students participated in a behind the scenes tour of their ROAR Center project and yesterday, 55 students visited our office to learn the inner workings of the construction industry! Superintendent Farewell
We often hear from our customers that they are sad to see Moore’s site superintendent go at the end of the project because they become like family to them. The City of New Berlin employees and residents celebrated the Grand Opening of the New Berlin Utilities Building. Moore Construction Services was hired as the construction manager to provide constructability and budgeting advice during design, facilitate the public bidding process, and oversee the construction of the New Berlin Water Utilities building. The combination of offices, vehicle storage and workshop centralized their processes and optimized their efficiency.

Granary Apartments Groundbreaking

Another groundbreaking! The Granary Apartments are being built on the site of an old granary mill in Union Grove, Wisconsin. This is a multi-family residential apartment community that will consist of (3) 13-unit, (1) 16-unit, and (1) 18-unit buildings plus a retail/office/fitness center and (2) detached garages. Thanks Stephen Perry Smith Architects for partnering with us on this project.

Arrabelle Development in Cedarburg Now Underway

We are excited to be partnering with HSI Properties and AG Architecture on the new Arrabelle development in Cedarburg, WI. There will be a total of 69 residential units consisting of a 9-unit Townhome, as well as 32-unit and 28-unit apartment buildings with shared underground parking for a total of 120,000 sq. ft. of building.

Elmbook Schools LAUNCH Program

Over the past 6 months we have been working with the Elmbrook School District’s LAUNCH program to analyze what we can do internally to elevate and enhance our customer experience. Last week the LAUNCH team was able to see what Moore Construction Services does by touring the New Berlin Utilities jobsite. Thanks to our Superintendent Joe for a great learning experience.

Norden range Apartments in Oconomowoc, now in full swing, marks another exciting collaboration with Mandel Group, Inc. This 29-acre site will consist of (6) 24-unit buildings, (6) 18-unit buildings, and (6) 3-unit buildings totaling 270 units, in addition to a clubhouse, pool, and 17 standalone garages and a facilities building.

City of New Berlin Activity & Recreation Center
We’re thrilled to announce the grand opening of the City of New Berlin’s Activity and Recreation Center (ARC)! Roughly four years ago, our team, alongside the city’s project team, walked though this former vacant Walmart, envisioning its transformation. This weekend, we celebrated its grand opening as a vibrant hub for the community.

Village of Germantown DPW
There’s lots of activity at the Village of Germantown DPW site! The salt shed, yard waste area, and fueling station are taking shape, and we’re currently under roof in the main building. From floor pours to CMU block walls and MEP’S installation, progress continues with over 45 workers on site daily. In just a few weeks, we’ve poured thousands of yards of concrete, averaging 15+ trucks a day.

Primrose School of Brookfield is ready for students! This state-of-the-art, 13,500 sq. ft. facility features 12 classrooms for infant – pre-k students, kitchen, conference rooms, secured entryway, and turf playground. Had to photograph the last remaining unit at SoNa Lofts Apartments before all 110 of them were leased up! Because of the high demand to live here, timing was crucial for this project and our team was able to deliver it on time thanks to a great, cooperative partnership with Mandel Group, Inc.

We had the privilege of working with St. Joan Antida High School on their new Burke ROAR Center. We transformed the unused lower level into the ultimate collaboration hub for students, featuring a stage, ample seating, a conference room, new restrooms, and a coffee bar run by a group of business students in partnership with Stonecreek Coffee.

Steel is being erected for the new amenity building at the Juneau Village Towers in downtown Milwaukee! Dan turned to him and said…”now you know why we need you to connect the two buildings?!” It’s always great building for great people…especially when they have a sense of humor! Grand Opening of New Berlin Utilities Building

The City of New Berlin employees and residents celebrated the Grand Opening of the New Berlin Utilities Building. Moore Construction Services was hired as the construction manager to provide constructability and budgeting advice during design, facilitate the public bidding process, and oversee the construction of the New Berlin Water Utilities building. The combination of offices, vehicle storage and workshop centralized their processes and optimized their efficiency.

Granary Apartments Groundbreaking

Another groundbreaking! The Granary Apartments are being built on the site of an old granary mill in Union Grove, Wisconsin. This is a multi-family residential apartment community that will consist of (3) 13-unit, (1) 16-unit, and (1) 18-unit buildings plus a retail/office/fitness center and (2) detached garages. Thanks Stephen Perry Smith Architects for partnering with us on this project.

We are excited to be partnering with HSI Properties and AG Architecture on the new Arrabelle development in Cedarburg, WI. There will be a total of 69 residential units consisting of a 9-unit Townhome, as well as 32-unit and 28-unit apartment buildings with shared underground parking for a total of 120,000 sq. ft. of building.

Over the past 6 months we have been working with the Elmbrook School District’s LAUNCH program to analyze what we can do internally to elevate and enhance our customer experience. Last week the LAUNCH team was able to see what Moore Construction Services does by touring the New Berlin Utilities jobsite. Thanks to our Superintendent Joe for a great learning experience.

Five Star Race Car Bodies Groundbreaking

We are honored to be working with a great family business like Five Star Race Car Bodies and are excited to be constructing their new 122,000 sq. ft. building. This new world-class facility will allow them to expand their business and stay on the cutting edge of race car body fabrication.

City of New Berlin Groundbreaking

What a beautiful day for a groundbreaking! We broke ground on a 25,000 sq. ft. addition to the City of New Berlin Utilities Building.
