Arrabelle Apartments – Cedarburg, WI

Arrabelle Apartments are an upscale, multi-family housing development near the historic St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Cedarburg. A former school and church rectory are being demolished on the site to make way for two, three-story apartment buildings with below grade parking. These buildings have 60 total units with 32 in one building and 28 in the other. The third building, constructed on an unused parking lot, is a two-story building with nine townhouse units.
