Alli Gengembre

Alli is successful at supporting project managers through planning, schedule preparation, resource allocation, bid tracking, and forecasting. Her organization skills and positive attitude creates a working team atmosphere and helps ensure project success.

On working with you – I’m passionate about building strong relationships and believe that strong relationships build successful projects. I believe that clear communication, trust, and teamwork are the foundation of any successful job. I take pride in leading with a collaborative mindset while staying focused on delivering results—on time, on budget, and with a high standard of quality. For me, it’s all about getting things done the right way, with the right people by my side.
On your favorite project – One of my favorite projects from the past was remodeling an old brewery that was built in the 1800s, the design was modern and colorful but still kept a lot of the character from the original building. I’m looking forward to working on my first project at Moore and learning all about a new side of the industry.
On your own time – In my free time I enjoy getting out into the great outdoors anything from hiking to paddleboarding with my dog to skiing, you’ll most likely find me outside.
On working in Construction – I enjoy working in construction because every project is unique—each one brings its own set of challenges and opportunities to grow. I thrive on learning something new with every build, which keeps the work both engaging and exciting.
