Billy MacDonald

Billy is currently working on a variety of projects, which all involve planning, schedule preparation, resource allocation, bid tracking and forecasting. He is committed to growing his career and professional skills through industry involvement, recently graduating from a city-sponsored leadership academy that focused on critical business skills including purposeful leadership, business ethics, civic responsibility, effective conflict resolution and more.

  1. On working with you – My mission on every project is to give the client a functional space that improves their livelihood. This means taking a proactive approach to fulfill the client’s needs and keep a conscientious focus on their budget, while also assembling a team of contractors that are as passionate as me to provide a final product everyone can be proud of.
  2. On your favorite project – The Orthopedic Associates of Wisconsin Operating Room Build out has been one of my favorite projects to manage so far in my career. Being that the surrounding operating rooms remained in use during the build out, this project brought many diverse & challenging elements that gave me the opportunity to broaden my knowledge on construction in the healthcare industry.
  3. On your own time – In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, coaching & playing ice hockey, and getting outdoors in all four of Wisconsin’s seasons.
  4. On working in Construction – I chose to work in the construction industry because each day brings a new set of tasks & learning opportunities that better me not only as a project manager, but also as a person. Each project contains unique features that allow me to work with a multitude of team members to build a tangible finished product for our clients to achieve their goals.
