Project Manager

Jake Miller

Jake is successful at planning, schedule preparation, resource allocation, bid tracking, and forecasting on his projects. His friendly demeanor and can-do attitude creates a working team atmosphere and helps ensure project success.

On working with you – For me it is all about the relationships I develop with the project team. From contractors to owners, good relationships and communication always results in a better and more enjoyable project.
On your favorite project – I can’t say that I have one specific project, but for me the most fulfilling projects are ground up, new construction buildings. Seeing a project start with an empty lot and finish with a structure that is functional and affordable for the end user is very satisfying. I am definitely one of those people that when driving around, will point out buildings that I played a role in completing. It gives me a sense of pride to be able to say that.
On your own time – I enjoy time with my family and friends. Spending as much time as possible outdoors, whether its hunting, fishing, or golfing.
On working in Construction – I have been around the construction industry my whole life, both personally and professionally. Though I learn something new every day, this industry is always something I have had a passion for and it has always made sense to me. At the end of the day, no matter if it is a project at home, helping a friend or family member with a job, or working professionally, you can (most days) always look back and see what you have accomplished.
