Jason Kruchko

With more than 15 years of experience, Jason is successful at planning, schedule preparation, resource allocation, bid tracking, and forecasting on his projects. His unique experience and can-do attitude creates a working team atmosphere and helps ensure project success.

On working with you – I take a team-oriented approach to construction management. All team members and stakeholder have something to provide to each project. I strive to ensure contibutions are maximized and properly communicated so the project team can work effectively and efficiently.
On your favorite project – Being part of the redevelopment and renovation of building #42 in the historic Pabst Brewery neighborhood has been my favorite project. It’s very satisfying to take an underused building or property and bring renewed economic life into something.
On your own time – I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids cooking, biking, playing outside, and riding in our Jeep. When I am not spending time with my family, you can usually find me cycling, playing or coaching hockey, and working in the yard.
On working in Construction – I enjoy that very few days are the same. Overcoming the unique challenges of each project to provide a client with an asset that will last for years to come is very satisfying. It is motivating to know that a building project I was a part of will be a place where others live, work, have fun, and/or better themselves.
