Project Superintendent

Jeff Lichty

On the jobsite, Jeff manages daily on-site operations and oversees subcontractor work, monitoring all construction-related tasks so they are accomplished safely, within the approved schedule and in a high-quality manner that is representative of Moore Construction Services. His positive demeanor along with his 33 years of experience makes him a strong asset and project advocate.

On working with you – I find a successful project occurs when there is a strong group of subcontractors and an open line of communication among the project team.
On your favorite project – Working on an H&M store in Datona Beach, FL during Hurricane Matthew was a very unique and rewarding experience. With all the challenges it presented, we were still able to successfully turn it over to the owner.
On your own time – I love hunting, fishing, playing bags and spending time with family.
On working in Construction – I love that no two projects are the same. Being a part of the process from start to finish on each project is very rewarding to me.
