Project Superintendent

Jon Phillips

With more than 20 years of experience, Jon is successful at managing daily on-site operations and overseeing subcontractor work. He ensures all construction-related tasks are accomplished safely, within the approved schedule and in a high-quality manner that is representative of Moore Construction Services. Jon has a passion for construction, which he brings to each jobsite he oversees.

On working with you – Running an efficient jobsite is the most important part of running a successful project to me. This is achieved through strong communication and a proactive approach with the project team.
On your favorite project – The UW- Madison Memorial Union project is definitely one of my favorites! The complexity of the jobsite location, with it being 10 ft from the water, made it challenging and exciting.
On your own time – I love to garden with family, work on our farm, and in my free time, I love to shoot trap and sporting clays.
On working in Construction – I love seeing a tangible result and making the big picture come to life!
