Senior Project Manager

Justin Gross

Justin oversees complex commercial and multi-market projects, drawing on nearly two decades of experience in construction leadership. With dual degrees in Architectural Engineering and Construction Management from MSOE, he built his career managing technically demanding projects across multifamily, senior living, higher education, aviation, and infrastructure sectors. Over the course of his career, he has led projects ranging from $10M to over $65M, with cumulative oversight exceeding $475M. Justin combines field-level insight with executive-level strategy, aligning project execution with company performance, risk management, and long-term growth initiatives.

On working with you – Successful construction is built on trust, transparency, and alignment. I believe strong results come from clear expectations, open communication, and proactive problem-solving. My approach is centered on building lasting relationships with clients, trade partners, and internal teams to ensure that challenges are addressed early and goals are achieved collaboratively
On your favorite project – The most rewarding projects are the ones that challenge the team to think differently and raise the standard. Complex, fast-paced work that requires disciplined planning and strong teamwork tends to be the most fulfilling, especially when the end result reflects the collective effort of everyone involved.
On your own time – I am very family-oriented and enjoy spending time with my wife and kids. I coach youth baseball and softball, enjoy golfing (even if I’m still working on my game), and stay active in the community. Giving back through coaching has been especially meaningful, as it reinforces the values of preparation, accountability, and teamwork.
On working in Construction – What I appreciate most about construction is the balance of people, process, and performance. I’ve had the opportunity to help implement Lean practices, standardize planning and scheduling processes, and develop KPI-driven accountability systems that improve consistency across multiple projects. Seeing strong teams grow, leaders develop, and projects successfully transition from concept to completion is what makes this industry so rewarding.
