Project Superintendent

Mike Albert

On the jobsite, Mike is successful at problem solving and running an efficient program to achieve client objectives. He manages daily on-site operations and oversees subcontractor work, monitoring all construction-related tasks so they are accomplished safely, within the approved schedule and in a high-quality manner that is representative of Moore Construction Services. Mike is a life-long learner and creative thinker. He finds that exceeding clients’ goals is the most rewarding part of his job.

On working with you – Achieving and exceeding clients’ goals is the underlying goal. Working with all aspects of those dreams and aspirations for them is the reason I still do what I do.
On your favorite project – The Rock Island Arsenal Corporate Headquarters in Bettendorf, Iowa was truly one of the most challenging and fulfilling projects I have ever undertaken. The success was shared with clients, members and workers alike.
On your own time – I love to spend time with my children and family enjoying and sharing moments that will last a lifetime, whether it’s golfing, skiing, going to church, or working on a project together. It’s always a treasured time, making memories forever.
On working in Construction – It’s been my passion since I can remember as a child. I reflect in the diversity, creativity and ever-changing dynamics of our industry. If you still can learn, you will be always an asset to the industry, its people, and yourself.
