Mike Moore

Mike’s role as President of Moore Construction Services is to manage and
mentor all team members while ensuring the client’s goals are kept top of mind and achieved. With more than $600 million worth of commercial projects under his belt and experience in building a strong and successful business operation, Mike is a leader who achieves project success.

On working with you – I try to bring passion, and enthusiasm along with some levity (my kids call it dad jokes) to work each day. Encouraging the team to continually learn and grow.
On your favorite project – It would be my “firsts” – my first Church, first school, first manufacturing plant, first natatorium, first negotiated project…, etc. Ultimately, the customers and projects that I was able to provide the most value and became repeat loyal customers, stand out in my mind as the favorite.
On your own time – Family time with my wife, kids and grand “angels” kids. Water skiing, golfing and following all of the local sports teams.
On working in construction – I had a passion for construction my entire life and could not think of a better career than building buildings. I love coming up with creative solutions to challenges that each project presents. One of my career goals is to manage a project big enough to require a tower crane. We have a mural of a tower crane is our conference room, it is referred to as our inspirational goal wall. I hope to achieve that goal someday soon.
