Project Superintendent

Rob Benz

On the jobsite, Rob is known for his steady leadership and ability to manage daily on‑site operations with precision. He oversees subcontractor coordination and ensures all construction activities are completed safely, on schedule, and to the high standard expected of Moore Construction Services. With over 30 years of industry experience, Rob brings a seasoned perspective and a genuine passion for his work, offering clients a dependable partner and a thoughtful advocate throughout every project.

On working with you – I believe that maintaining open lines of communication across all phases of the construction process is essential to delivering a final product that everyone involved can be proud of.
On your favorite project – One of my most rewarding projects was completed in a tight urban environment and incorporated several green‑building methods, including straw‑bale construction, geothermal heating and cooling, and sustainable roofing. The project required extensive coordination with ownership and close collaboration among all subcontractors—making the final outcome especially meaningful.
On your own time – Outside of work, I enjoy hunting and fishing, as well as spending time in Colorado and Florida vacationing with family and friends.
On working in Construction – My grandpa was a homebuilder, and that’s where my interest in construction began. I take a great deal of pride in driving past a building I helped bring to life.
