Project Manager

Zach Gassner

Zach is successful at running a variety of successful projects through planning, schedule preparation, resource allocation, bid tracking, and forecasting. His calm demeanor, organization skills, and can-do attitude creates a working team atmosphere and helps ensure project success.

On working with you – I am very passionate about creating relationships with everyone that is part of the team. Developing strong relationships with all team members involved in the construction process is a key component to a successful project. Trust and respect are earned, not given, and something I strive to earn from all parties including the owner, architect, and contractors.
On your favorite project – It is hard for me to name a specific project that is my favorite. All the projects I have worked on have given me challenges that have helped my grow and learn from.
On your own time – In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. We like to enjoy the weather as much as possible by golfing, grilling out, and enjoying each other’s company.
On working in Construction – I have had the opportunity to be on a variety of different projects. Each project has it own challenges and what is important is how each challenge is overcome. At the end of the day, what really matters is seeing the client of the project watch their dream come to life and making sure that their expectations are met.
