This senior housing project will consist of approximately 166,000 sq. ft. of above grade building area and 76 underground parking stalls. The building will include 141 living units (71 using Independent Living, 55 Assisted Living, and 16 Memory Care) and amenities including a kitchen, bar area, fitness center, open lounges, rooftop patio, exterior courtyard, physical therapy room, and salon.
